We do not mislabel or under-declare shipments—requests for false declarations will be denied.

3.2 Customs Duties & Import Taxes

If customs in your country confiscates or returns the package, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipments.

3.3 Refused or Seized Shipments

Incorrect Addresses: If a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address, the customer is responsible.
Customs Seizure: If a package is confiscated by customs, we are not liable for refunds or reshipments.
