1. ORDERING & PAYMENTS
1.1 What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
✔ SWIFT & EURO-SEPA Bank Transfers (For EU customers).
✔ GBP or HKD Bank Transfers (For Non-EU customers).
✔ No Credit Card Payments at the Moment (We will notify customers if this changes).

📌 After completing the transfer, please send a screenshot & remittance reference number to info@cigarseurope.eu along with your order number.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
2.1 Do you guarantee delivery?
🚚 Yes, we guarantee delivery!

Europe & Worldwide: Estimated 7–8 business days.
If your package is lost in transit, we will reship or refund at our discretion.
2.2 Which courier services do you use?
We ship via:

✔ Magyar Posta (Hungary Post)

2.3 Do you ship to the U.S.A.?

3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & RESHIPPING POLICY
3.1 What is your refund/reship policy?
📌 A package is considered lost after 24 business days (Monday–Friday).

If a package is lost with no tracking updates, we will refund or reship.
If a package is marked as delivered but stolen, we do not issue refunds.
3.2 Who is responsible for customs duties?
📌 The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, we charge a $55 restocking fee.
Customs policies vary by country, so check your local laws before ordering.
3.3 Do you accept returns?

If cigars arrive damaged or moldy, we may offer:
✔ Partial refund or credit
✔ Full refund upon return & inspection
📌 No refunds for taste, draw, construction, or aroma issues. Cuban cigars are a natural product, and variations between boxes are normal.

4.1 Are your cigars 100% authentic?
✅ Yes, all our cigars are 100% authentic and sourced from Habanos S.A. in Cuba.

We are authorized Habanos retailers for Europe.
Every cigar is stored in optimal temperature and humidity conditions.
4.2 Do you open boxes before shipping?
🚨 By default, we ship boxes sealed. However:

Some boxes may be opened by our distributor upon arrival for quality checks.
If you prefer a sealed box only, please mention it at checkout.
