2.1 Do you guarantee delivery?

Europe & Worldwide: Estimated 7–8 business days.
If your package is lost in transit, we will reship or refund at our discretion.
2.2 Which courier services do you use?

3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & RESHIPPING POLICY

If a package is lost with no tracking updates, we will refund or reship.
If a package is marked as delivered but stolen, we do not issue refunds.

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, we charge a $55 restocking fee.

4.2 Do you open boxes before shipping?
🚨 By default, we ship boxes sealed. However:

Some boxes may be opened by our distributor upon arrival for quality checks.
If you prefer a sealed box only, please mention it at checkout.
