Brief Introduction: First announced in 2017 the Partagás Capitols are part of a handmade series that global Cuban cigar distributor Habanos S.A. calls the Línea Retro, which puts popular Cuban brands in portable tins designed to resemble the swanky pocket holders popular in the 1970s.
Flavours: A reddish petit corona constructed with a flat head. Good draw burns evenly and delivers strong, concentrated notes of coffee bean, dark chocolate, cinnamon and habanero spice all atop an earthy core.
Synopsis: Partagás Capitols is a retro-style tins filled with what the company described at the time as being not only “the most popular format in the history of Habanos,” but also a vitola that has long been considered the “standard size” of cigars: the Marevas.
