1Q. How has Coronavirus affected shipping times?
A. While Cigars Europe remain fully operational, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a substantial strain on the global post system, which has resulted in significant shipping delays. In light of this, we are temporarily extending our delivery time frame to 40 working days, before we will process a non-delivery claim. Although most orders are arriving in 3 weeks. We are currently shipping by registered air mail (signature required), we hope to have end-to-end tracking available again soon.

2Q. Are you accepting Credit Cards?
A. At the moment we are not accepting any credit cards. Instead, we are accepting only SWIFT or EURO-SEPA (For EU Countries) bank transfers. Furthermore, once the transfer has been made please share the screenshot of the same & the remittance ref. no. along with the order no. to info@cigarseurope.eu

3Q. What if I am from a Non-EU country or outside of Europe? How do I transfer funds when I place an order?
A. Once our system detects your billing address as Non-EU customer, we will according share the UK (Pounds Currency) or Hong Kong (HKD Currency) bank details through an email notification.

4Q. How will the charge appear in my statement, once I have successfully completed placing an order?
A. The charge will appear on your statement as "E-Tailfulfillments Limited".

5Q. Are your prices quoted in EUR or US Dollars?
A. Our prices are mainly quoted in EUROS and US Dollars.

6Q. Are your prices inclusive of shipping?
A. Yes, all our prices are inclusive of shipping.

7Q. Do you guarantee delivery and what is the duration?
A. Yes we guarantee delivery in 7-8 business days in Europe and world wide.

8Q. Which courier or postal services do you use to ship orders?
A. We use DHL, FedEx, Swiss Post and Magyar Posta. (Hungary Post).

9Q. What is your Refund / Reship Policy ?
A. A package is considered lost after 24 business days. (Mon - Fri) At that point we will refund or reship at our discretion. As an internal company protocol, 24 business days is approximately 1 month. For Example, if we ship on the 1st of January we will reship on 1st of February. If a package is shipped with tracking, it will be considered lost 24 working days after the most recent tracking update. Refund policy does not cover packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses, or items which are mis-delivered or stolen after delivery or lost due to natural disasters or damaged due to acts of war etc. Please double check your information before placing your order.

10Q. Who is responsible for paying any import duties?
A. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you inquire with your local regulations before completing an order.

11Q. Are your cigars authentic?
A. Yes. All of Cigars Europe's cigars have been purchased from Habanos, CUBA and are guaranteed to be authentic. Simply put, Cigars Europe is an authorized Habanos retailers for Europe.

12Q. Do you open your boxes prior to shipping?
A. We normally ship boxes sealed. (There is the occasional open box this is because our distributor opens a few boxes on receipt of his deliveries)

13Q. Can I be sure that it is safe to use our credit card on your site?
A. Cigars Europe treats your details with the strict confidentiality. Our payment gateway uses the industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.

14Q. Do you ship to the U.S.A?
A. Yes, we do ship to the U.S.A.

15Q. What is the return fee for a package?
A. If your package is returned to us for any customs duties* related reason eg. failure to pay customs duties, exceeding personal use quota etc. it will be subject to a $55 restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this. This only applies to jurisdictions that assess customs duties on imports.
